About Pmetrics

Thank you for your interest in Pmetrics. Pmetrics is a library package for R to perform non-parametric and parametric pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic population and individual modeling and simulation. It is primarily designed for pharmacometric researchers.

Pmetrics is based on over 35 years of research by our laboratory and is the most mature non-parametric method available. Nevertheless, Pmetrics is dynamically evolving. Best of all, it is SHAREWARE with only a suggested donation.

• 32- and 64-bit versions (automatically detected on your system)
• Script-based, command line control using R
• Automatic, yet unobtrusive notification of available updates

System Requirements

Operating systems: MacOSX and Windows (XP and later). Both 32bit and 64bit.
Memory: 256MB should work, more is better
Disk: 5 MB free space is required
Required co-installations: Gfortran (MacOSX or Windows), and R (see User's Manual for details)
Suggested co-installation: Rstudio as a useful interface/editor for R, available for MacOSX and Windows.
