Extract/unzip the demo120.zip file to a directory of your choice.

Unzipping into C:\ is probably best. This will create USCPACK directory on your C:\.
If you wish to have the USCPACK directory within another directory, that directory must have a
name of 8 characters or less. For example, C:\Program Files\USCPACK will
not work, while C:\ANYDIR\USCPACK is a workable example.

[2]
Please read readme.txt which is available on the root folder where you extracted demo120.zip.
If you unzipped demo120.zip on your C:\ then the file is located at C:\USCPACK\readme.txt.
It instructs you to make changes in initialization file.

[3]
Create a shortcut on your desktop to Launcher.exe.
If you unzipped demo120.zip on your C:\ then the file is located at C:\USCPACK\BIN\Launcher.exe.
